At Solene Dress, we take pride in offering high-quality products and exceptional service. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that store credit never expires.
Store credit will be issued for the total amount of your order, excluding shipping costs, discounts, and promotions. If you choose to use our return shipping label, a $12 fee will be deducted from your store credit. This return label is only available for domestic orders. For international returns, any return shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
For returns to be accepted, your item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached. Please follow our simple return process:
- Email us at support@solenedress.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number in your email.
- Specify whether you would like an exchange or store credit. If exchanging, please provide the style, size, and color you would like.
- Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please note:
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns requested after 7 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
If you return an item without an RA number, a 50% fee will be applied, which may delay your store credit or exchange processing.
Return processing takes 2-4 business days. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit details, which you can use immediately or save for future purchases. For exchanges, you will receive an email when your new order ships.
If an item is found to be worn, altered, or damaged without prior authorization, your return will be voided, and the item will be sent back to you.
Sizing Information
Our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specific guidelines. Therefore, the size you typically wear may differ from the size you need when purchasing from us. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart for each dress to ensure you select the best size for your measurements. To view the size chart, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link located above the size options or at the bottom of the size dropdown on the product page.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at no charge before it is processed.
In-Stock Items: If you cancel an in-stock item after it has been processed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Pre-Order Items: If you cancel a pre-order item after it has been processed, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Special Order Items: Special orders cannot be canceled, as these items are custom-made specifically for you.
Processing refers to the stage when payment has been verified, and the item has been confirmed by our vendors.
