At Solene Dress, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange options:
Returns: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors, depending on availability. Please contact us within 7 days to initiate your exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale items or custom-made dresses, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product page for specific return information.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately at support@solenedress.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we will assist you in any way possible to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking details.

If you notice that the shipping address you entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@solenedress.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request a reroute.
We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your country to see if we currently ship to your location. If your country is not listed, please contact us to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your area.
We strive to ship all items from your order together in one package. However, depending on product availability or shipping logistics, you may receive multiple packages. If your order is split into separate shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each package.
